Brandi Landers

Chief Executive Officer

Brandi is the CEO of Inspiring Purpose Day Program. Brandi comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the field of human services- encompassing developmental disabilities, mental health, behavioral health and social services. Brandi began her journey working in the social service field providing crisis support and social services to individuals in Cincinnati Public schools and foster care systems. She then started her career working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities at Children’s hospital and on to center specific care. Brandi went on to serve adults of the forensic psychiatric population as a program evaluator for vocational services and served as the program manager of a residential facility serving at risk youth. Brandi has a track record of supporting programs that assist and support individuals of various challenges and ensuring that those individuals not only have a voice, but that they have the tools, support, and resources provided to them to lead functional happy lives, and are included in a supportive cohesive community. Brandi’s passion to support individuals with developmental disabilities is unwavering and brought her back to serve out that passion with IPDP. She believes that community means including individuals of all abilities, and it is her goal to see that through in this program. Brandi received her Bachelors in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and her MA in Applied Behavior Analysis with focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders from Ball State University. Brandi grew up in Anderson Township, attended Anderson High school and now raises her children in the Anderson Township area. In her spare time Brandi enjoys spending time with her blended family of 5 children and 1 dog. She enjoys hiking, gardening, kayaking, camping and travel as much as she can to experience new places and culture


Megan Waddell

Program Supervisor

Megan began working in the field of Developmental Disabilities in 2017. She worked in adult day programs and also provided in-home childcare for over 10 years. Megan's passion for working in the developmental field began with her brother who has Autism. Currently, Megan is attending online schooling at IWU for her Associates degree in Health and Human Services, and will soon complete her classes to become a registered behavior technician. With her experience she has developed a love for supporting individuals through their successes and challenges and providing care and support to living a purposeful life. It is important to Megan that we give individuals an opportunity to have a voice, live each day with a purpose, and thrive in an inclusive community. Megan is extremely excited to be a part of the IPDP team and continue her passion to support individuals to live a life they love and deserve. Megan grew up in Fayetteville, OH and graduated from Fayetteville Perry High School in 2005. Megan has been married for 15 years and has three children. Their family also consists of  3 dogs, a cat, a bearded dragon, and many fish. Megan and her family are very active in sports, and volunteering on the board of their basketball and soccer programs. Megan enjoys camping, fishing and being surrounded by friends and family.


James Donaldson

Direct Support Professional I

James is joining our team with 19 years of caregiving experience. He was a certified nursing assistant prior to working in the healthcare field. James has worked with individuals of all ages and abilities. He has many years of experience working in nursing settings, residential settings and adult programs. In 2019 James managed a group home for individuals with disabilities; during this time, he worked with individuals to integrate into community settings and assisted individuals to be as independent as possible. James has a strong desire and passion for working with individuals who require additional supports to live their lives to the fullest- he truly enjoys being part of this process and building impactful relationships with those that he supports. In his free time, James enjoyed caring for his grandfather, spending time with his daughter, riding motorcycles and skydiving. We are very excited to have James join the team!


Jamie Snider

Direct Support Professional 

Jamie comes to IPDP with 23 years of caregiving experience. She has worked with individuals of all ages and specifically worked with the special needs population for the last 7 years. Jamie enjoys supporting individuals of all abilities to work toward independence and living the life they wish to live, in whatever capacity that means to each individual. Jamie resides in the Amelia area. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 4 children doing anything outdoors. Jamie enjoys fishing, playing sports, seeing movies and trying out new restaurants. 


Morgan Powers

Direct Support Professional I

Morgan has joined Inspiring Purpose after working in the developmental field for 9 years in various capacities including summer programs and adult respite programs. Morgan has also had much experience working as a pre-school teacher in a daycare setting. Morgan hopes to bring the ability to assist in creating an environment where everyone may learn new skills, independence and networking within the communities they live in. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with her two dogs and family!


Lisa Byrne

Founder

Lisa Byrne is the founder of Inspiring Purpose Day Program. She is the mother of a 24-year-old daughter with special needs. Lisa received her M.Ed. in Agency Counseling from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Lisa worked as a volunteer for Rettsyndrome.org (formally the International Rett Syndrome Foundation) and held the position as Regional Representative for Southern Ohio.  In her spare time Lisa enjoys hanging out with family and friends and tending to her bunnies, dogs, cats, turtles, chameleon, and hermit crabs.
